Informing the population (EORE)

This is a set of measures to increase the awareness of residents of dangerous areas with the order of actions and safe forms of behavior, aimed at reducing the risk of injury and death due to detonation on mines and explosive remnants of war.

Non-Technical Survey of the area

Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information about an area to identify it as a potentially dangerous. Processes for removing, reducing or clearing areas for their further use without the use of technical means.

Technical Survey

Collection, analysis of data using technical means on the presence, type, contamination by mines and explosive remnants of war of areas to better determine level of teritory contamination.

Manual Demining

Actions for the removal and/or disposal of mines and explosive remnants of war in a defined area and at a defined depth.

Battle Area Clearence

BAC activities include the detection and marking of explosive objects in those areas where there is a threat of the presence of explosives.
