SGS took part in the next EORE Working Group meeting

On today's agenda, miners' operators, together with NGOs, discussed the latest updates on the State Standard of Ukraine for Informing the Risk of Explosive Subjects. The purpose is that this regulatory document establishes objective requirements for the information process to ensure its best quality, efficiency and safety.

The representative of the National Anti -Mine Activity Secretariat presented another presentation of updating against the population. Unfortunately, the sad statistics of the victims grow. Among the territorial "leaders" is still Kherson and Kharkiv region, on a gender principle - both men and children are still. And in the scope of employment - unemployed, including pensioners, and workers of the agro sphere.

The contradictory issue was to respond to the SES's calls by the local population. In particular, the requests of citizens were noted for the non -recovery of representatives of the SES for calls about the findings of GNP. The question is important, because the operators in their information sessions emphasize a single response number - 101. And if this number does not work "as a clock", trust will be lost. SES representatives promised to study this issue and report.

Due to the fact that men are consistently at risk of victims of GNP, the issue of involvement in sessions as a beneficiary of EORE of activities was raised. The main recommendation was to involve professional teams.

The issue of special software interventions with EORO in the event of a truce did not cause a lively discussion. The operators were in common in the opinion that the danger would not disappear even in the event of a truce. And also the issue of truce is not clear.

SGS Thanks to UNICEF Ukraine Working Group moderators for creating an effective discussion of urgent issues.
