SGS Joins the Development of Future Standards in Mine Action
An SGS specialist has been accepted as a member of the Technical Committee “Standardization of Processes in Mine Action”. This is an important step for our team.
The work of such a committee is of strategic importance, as it is where modern approaches, requirements, and standards are developed — standards that directly influence the quality, safety, and effectiveness of mine action. Clear and practical standards determine the speed of land release, the protection of personnel, and public confidence in the results of operations.
For SGS, participation in the committee is an opportunity to share practical field experience, contribute to the improvement of the national standardization system, and support the implementation of best international practices. We believe that the development of the sector is only possible through professional dialogue, exchange of experience, and shared responsibility.
