1.6 million (16 000km2) - just as many hectares according to the FEODAL counting requires a survey for the nature of explosive objects today (the first stage of the NTO - the first stage of demining).
FEODAL is a new project in collaboration with the Ukrainian National Humanitarian Demining Association, which is involved in SGS and more than 10 more commercial mine operators for free NATO. The purpose of the project is to give the farmers the opportunity to inspect their fields for free for explosive objects. And in the case of confirmed contamination, it is possible to obtain an application through a "gift" for 100 percent state compensation for humanitarian expenses.
The project provides for free NTO by commercial operators, and, if necessary, a demining, which is financed by the state in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 12, 2024 No. 284.
SGS emphasizes the importance of digitalization of tens of thousands of fields that FEODAL has made and collected in its system for mine operators. There are data on all fields within the de -checked and occupied territories after 24.02.2022. The coordinates of each field are accumulated with high accuracy. This, SGS experts say, contributes to the efficiency of planning and priority of NTO.
SGS thanks Andriy Demianovych, the founder of the Feodal, for the co - matter in such an important form as a safe and official return of farmers to the fields.
