Main character of S.t.A.L.K.E.r. 2: Heart of Chornobyl becomes a leader on the topic of mine safety

SGS congratulates the initiative of the SES of Ukraine in partnership with the GSC Game World studio, which have been united in a special pro -prosect on the basis of cult Ukrainian game S.t.A.L.K.E.r. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The main character of the game - the experienced Stalker Scythian - becomes a leader on the topic of mine safety.

According to a study conducted in 2024 UNICEF and Rating Group, 53% of Ukrainian adolescents are prone to dangerous behavior, although they are well informed of the risks associated with mines and other explosive objects.

That is why, in order to speak with teenagers and young people through their channels, such a game was developed.

The events of the game are unfolding in the Chernobyl exclusion zone - a place that was temporarily occupied and replaced, so it has become an appropriate location for demonstrating the rules of conduct in dangerous conditions.

Through the video, created on the basis of the game S.t.A.L.K.E.r. 2: Heart of Cornobyl, Scythian demonstrates basic rules of conduct in the event of suspicious and explosive objects. In a familiar visual environment, players see: the hero does not fit, does not touch suspicious objects, acts carefully, and when the threat is detected - returns back the same way and calls 101.

This format not only allows you to get acquainted with the rules of mine safety, but also to emotionally feel how important it is to adhere to them in real life. The Hero of the Scythian game is not just an instructor, but a true authority for teenagers: they listen to him, because he really knows what he says. After all, knowledge of mine safety has repeatedly saved his life.
