In Mykolaiv region SGS found remains of World War II
During the humanitarian demining on the agricultural lands of the Mykolaiv region, SGS sappers revealed dangerous ammunition of World War II. Among the dangerous findings that have been in the ground for more than 80 years-Soviet and German fragmental-fugural shells.
The sappers, using metal detectors, carefully examined the site. During this examination at a depth of about 30 centimeters, unobested ammunition of World War II was discovered. Their excavation, marking and security were carried out. Further, experts of the SES came to the place and these GNP were disposed of.
